Booking an appointment is easy! Book online or call your Travel Medicine Pharmacist to schedule an appointment.

Complete your travel profile before your appointment. Download the form and bring a completed copy with you to your appointment with a Certified Travel Pharmacist.

How it Works

Let us help you with your travel needs. Our pharmacists at our Safeway Travel Health Centres have a Certificate in Travel Health through the International Society of Travel Medicine.

  1. Complete your Travel Assessment Form
  2. Book an Appointment
  3. Upon appointment confirmation, our Travel Health Pharmacist will require your travel profile to initiate your assessment.
  4. If required, with your consent, our Travel Health Pharmacist may contact your doctor for necessary prescription authorizations.

*Consultation fee may apply
Please note: Some vaccinations require two to six months to complete before entering the country where you will be traveling. Book early!
