boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

spicy Buffalo-style chicken wing sauce
flour tortillas (soft taco size), warmed

Core tomatoes and chop. Place them in a serving bowl. Chop lettuce and place it in another serving bowl. Set tomatoes and lettuce aside.
In a 12-inch nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken, onion, and salt to taste.
Cook, stirring often, until lightly browned and meat is no longer pink in center (cut to test), about 10 minutes. Drain off and discard anyexcess fat in pan.
Sprinkle flour over chicken and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add sauce to pan and mix well. (Note: if Buffalo-style sauce is too spicy,substitute any regular barbecue sauce.) Cook until sauce thickens slightlyand is heated through, about 1 minute.
Transfer chicken and sauce to a serving bowl. Arrange tortillas and dressing in separate serving containers.
Spoon meat onto tortillas and add tomatoes, lettuce, and dressing to taste. Wrap and eat.
