In a small bowl using a whisk or an immersion blender, mix together whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until frothy but still pourable.
Step 2
Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add coffee, caramel topping and salt. Shake for 20 sec. Strain into brandy snifter or short-stemmed glass of your choice.
Step 3
Spoon a layer of the frothy cream on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle with nutmeg. (Substitution tip: Whole nutmeg can be substituted with ground nutmeg for similar results.)
