Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Use a grill basket or lay a sheet of heavy-duty foil over grill; poke a few holes into foil using the tines of a fork.

Toss frozen potatoes with vinaigrette, oil and chili powder until evenly coated. Spread potatoes in basket or on foil, leaving as much space between potato pieces as possible.
Step 3
Grill until crispy and cooked through, about 10 minutes, turning frequently. As potatoes brown, transfer to a bowl. Toss cooked potatoes with lime zest, salt and pepper to taste.
