Method
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). In a large bowl, toss pita, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, salt and chili powder. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes. Top with cilantro and let cool.
- Step 2
- Serve with Jakarta dip.
