Ingredients

marshmallows, to serve

Method

Step 1
In large saucepan, whisk together 1 cup (250 mL) milk and the cocoa powder until blended. Whisk in remaining milk, sugar and vanilla. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar and cocoa are dissolved and mixture is hot, about 4 min.
Step 2
Ladle into 4 mugs and top each with a marshmallow.
