Ingredients

Method

Step 1
Heat oil and butter in 10-in. (25 cm) oven-safe non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add red pepper and asparagus and cook for 1 to 2 min. or until tender-crisp. Meanwhile, whisk eggs with 1/4 cup (60 mL) water and salt then stir in cheese, crab and green onions.
Step 2
Add egg mixture to skillet, reduce heat to medium then cover and cook for 5 min. Preheat broiler to high heat. Transfer skillet under broiler, 6-in. (15 cm) from heat, for 8 min. or until eggs are set.
