- fresh haddock fillets or any white-fleshed fish (cook in 2 Seafood Steamer bags with Garlic-Parsley Butter Pucks according to package directions)

- finely diced English cucumber

- finely diced green apple
- 250 mL
- 1/4 cup
- finely diced orange pepper

- 1/4 cup
- finely diced red onion

- red chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

Method
- Step 1
- Cook fish according to Seafood Steamer bag directions.
- Step 2
- Meanwhile, in bowl, mix cucumber, apple, pepper, onion, chili, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Let stand 5 min
- Step 3
- Halve each fish fillet lengthwise. Place on side of each tortilla, top with salsa and fold over.
