In a large non-reactive bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic paste and salt. Add pork; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. to 24 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Place pork on greased grill; close lid and grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 min. per side. Let cool slightly before cutting into thin strips.
Meanwhile, brush pitas lightly with oil and grill for 30 sec. per side.
Divide tomato, cucumber, onion and pork evenly among pitas. Top with feta and tzatziki. Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
