- diced cucumber
- 250 mL

- thinly sliced red onion

- Compliments Tzatziki Yogurt & Cucumber Dip (approx)

Method
- Step 1
- In a large non-reactive bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic paste and salt. Add pork; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. to 24 hours.
- Step 2
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Place pork on greased grill; close lid and grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 min. per side. Let cool slightly before cutting into thin strips.
- Step 3
- Meanwhile, brush pitas lightly with oil and grill for 30 sec. per side.
- Step 4
- Divide tomato, cucumber, onion and pork evenly among pitas. Top with feta and tzatziki. Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
