Ingredients

- Wild Atlantic Canada Sea Scallops (20-40 ct), thawed, rinsed and patted dry

- Mango Curry Barbecue Sauce

Method
- Step 1
- Preheat barbecue to high. Push a skewer through sides of 2 scallops, repeat for remaining scallops. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Set scallops onto grill. Brush with mango curry sauce and grill until cooked through and lightly charred, 2 to 3 min. per side.
- Step 3
- Using tongs transfer skewers to a platter, squeeze lime juice overtop and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
