Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the frosting over the top of each brownie and set aside. Using scissors trim off a side of each marshmallow to create a flat surface. Trim sides from the bottom of each marshmallow at an angle to create a chin and cut a slit above the chin to make a mouth.
Using a toothpick poke holes for eyes and a nose, then place a sprinkle in each of the holes. Lay each marshmallow skull, flat side down on top of an iced brownie, securing it in place with the frosting.
Store the treats in an airtight container, or arrange on a platter and serve to your little monsters.
