Method
- Step 1
- Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the frosting over the top of each brownie and set aside. Using scissors trim off a side of each marshmallow to create a flat surface. Trim sides from the bottom of each marshmallow at an angle to create a chin and cut a slit above the chin to make a mouth.
- Step 2
- Using a toothpick poke holes for eyes and a nose, then place a sprinkle in each of the holes. Lay each marshmallow skull, flat side down on top of an iced brownie, securing it in place with the frosting.
- Step 3
- Store the treats in an airtight container, or arrange on a platter and serve to your little monsters.
