Method
- Step 1
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chorizo and sweet potato until caramelized, about 5 min. Add tomato sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in chicken and lightly heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Divide cooked pasta between plates, spoon sauce over. Garnish with cranberries and pine nuts.
