Summer mint iced tea

Yields 4
  • 2 bunches Mint
  • 4 Tea bags green jasmine
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Limes | thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon | thinly sliced
  • Ice
  1. Steep tea bags in 1l (5 cups) of boiling water for 3 mins.
  2. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved and combined, then chill with ice.
  3. Add mint, lime and lemon slices, let it sit for 30 mins and enjoy this refreshing summer tea.
