- lime juice

- ¼ cup
- orange liqueur
- 60 mL

- lime rounds, for garnish
Method
- Step 1
- Preheat grill to medium. Separate cookies by gently twisting them apart. Arrange half the cookie halves, maple leaf side down, in bottom of 9-in. (23-cm) foil pie plate. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips. Arrange remaining cookie halves, maple leaf side up, on top.
- Step 2
- Grill, over indirect heat on medium-low, 10 to 15 min. until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. Remove from grill. Serve warm.
