boneless, skinless salmon fillets (600 g), cut in 1-in. (2.5-cm) chunks
1/2 cup
panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup
chopped fresh cilantro, packed roughly
60 mL
1/4 cup
chopped fresh dill, packed roughly
60 mL
1 tbsp
Thai green curry paste
15 mL
1 tbsp
soy sauce
15 mL
1 tsp
vegetable oil
5 mL
hamburger buns
sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce leaves (optional)


Step 1
In a food processor, combine salmon, panko, cilantro, dill, curry paste and soy sauce. Pulse until smooth. Shape salmon mixture into four patties. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties until golden and cooked through, 2 to 3 min. per side.
Step 3
Serve patties sandwiched in buns with tomato, red onion and lettuce leaves, if using.
