Make short work of a crowd-pleasing main with our new prepared salmon roasts, found in our Seafood Dept. Canadian salmon is stuffed with one of three delicious options including a imitation crab & coldwater mix, or coldwater shrimp Cheddar, spinach and bacon. For a roast preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Set in a parchment paper-lined roasting pan or rimmed baking tray. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Cook roast until internal temperature reads 74°C (165°F) on an instant read thermometer for 45-55 minutes. For singular portions, set oven to convection roast 220°C (425°F) for 8-10 minutes, for an internal temp of 74°C (165°F).
