Suggested cooking instructions:
Grill: Pre-heat grill on medium-high, place skin side down, cook for 4 minutes, rotate 90 degrees, cook for 4 minutes, place on top rack, close lid, cook for 2-3 minutes to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).
Stovetop / Oven: Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp. cooking oil, place flesh side down, cook for 2 minutes, flip, place in a pre-heated 200ºC (400ºF) oven for 4-6 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).
