Suggested cooking instructions:
Stovetop: Preheat a cast iron pan or griddle over high heat 71°C (160°F), add the meatball to the pan and literally “smash” down with a sturdy spatula or wooden spoon to apply pressure. Season generously with salt and pepper, cook until no longer pink; use the spatula to scrape the burger from the pan and flip over until cooked. If you’re adding a slice of cheese, continue cooking for 30 seconds (to melt the cheese), then remove from the pan. Add to a bun and dress as you like.
