Ingredients

Method
- Step 1
- Combine cherries and 2 tbsp (30 mL) water in a pitcher (or other tall narrow vessel). Using immersion blender, process until smooth. Stir in bourbon and divide among 4 soda fountain glasses.
- Step 2
- Pour root beer over top; stir to combine. Float scoop of ice cream on top. Serve immediately.
