In large bowl, combine the jalapeno, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken thighs and breasts. Turn to coat. Chill 20 min. to marinate.
Place chicken on grill preheated to medium-high. Close lid and cook 7 to 8 min. per side for breasts, 5 to 6 min. per side for legs, until a meat thermometer indicates an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), or until cooked through.
