- frozen Compliments Mango Mania or other frozen fruit, divided
- 300 mL
- 1 cup
- roughly chopped kale leaves, stems removed
- 250 mL

- Compliments Organic Baby Spinach
- 250 mL
- 1 cup
- apple juice
- 250 mL

- ripe bananas, peeled and divided
- ½
- ripe avocado, peeled, halved and pit removed
- 2 tsp
- grated fresh ginger

- sliced almonds, toasted

Method
- Step 1
- In a blender add 1 cup (250 mL) frozen mango, kale, spinach, apple juice, 1 banana, avocado and ginger. Top with 1 cup (250 mL) cold water. Blend for 1 to 2 min on high speed or until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2
- Meanwhile, slice remaining banana. Place remaining mango under cold, running water until softened. Chop into smaller pieces.
- Step 3
- Pour smoothie into 4 bowls. Top evenly with banana slices, mango, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.
