Your new favourite burger is here! We’ve got 2-1/2-oz ready-to-cook smash burger balls prepared fresh in our Meat Dept. Made using Canadian chuck ground beef, all you have to do is preheat a cast-iron pan or griddle over high heat, add the ground meat ball to the pan and literally “smash” down with a sturdy spatula or wooden spoon by applying pressure. Season generously with salt and pepper, cook for about 1 min., then use the back side of a spatula to scrape the burger from the pan and flip over until cooked. Add a slice of cheese (if you like), cook for 30 sec. to melt cheese, then remove from pan, add to bun and dress. The burger craze that swept the nation with its charred, caramelized exterior is now available in your kitchen!
