filberts, chopped

lemon zest

fresh thyme, leaves only

Step 1

In a large pot of boiling water, cook green beans until tender, about 5 min. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add nuts and cook, stirring until golden, 1 to 3 min. Add beans, lemon zest, juice, salt and thyme, tossing well to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
