- centre-cut skin-on salmon fillets (about 5 oz/150 g each)

Method
- Step 1
- In small bowl, stir together maple syrup, brown sugar, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Place salmon skin-side down on cedar plank and brush with maple glaze. Arrange lemon slices on top of salmon.
- Step 3
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Close lid and grill for 15 to 17 minutes or until salmon flakes when tested with fork and flesh is opaque. Serve immediately.
