- pound Smoked Fontina Cheese, thinly sliced or shredded

- Compliments Butter, melted Salsa Fresca
Method
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Lay 4 tortillas out on a work surface. Top with equal amounts of turkey and cheese, spreading them out to tortilla edges.
- Step 2
- Pit, peel, and thinly slice avocado. Divide slices equally among tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas.
- Step 3
- Evenly brush both sides of each quesadilla with butter. Arrange quesadillas on 2 baking sheets.
- Step 4
- Bake until tortillas are browned and crisp and cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes. Switch racks during baking if necessary for even browning.
- Step 5
- Using a pizza cutter or large sharp knife, cut quesadillas into wedges and transfer to plates. Serve with Salsa Fresca to taste.
